By turning off the target broadcast wave, the program of the turned off broadcast wave will not be displayed in the "Favorites" list.

In addition, you will not receive pre-broadcast notifications (push notifications) for programs on broadcast waves that are turned off. Please set according to your preference.

Q. How to uninstall this app?

A. Please note that depending on the device you are using, it is pre-installed on the model itself, and it is not possible to completely delete the application.

If you do not use the app, please disable the app. (By disabling it, it will not be automatically updated.)

How to disable the app: Launch the [Settings] app on the device → Select [Apps] from the screen → Select [All apps], [All], or [System] → Select "G-Guide Program Guide" Select → Select [Disable].

This will disable the app and prevent it from appearing in the Play Store.

Q.I don't watch CS programs, so what should I do to prevent them from being displayed?

A. Display the setting screen from the setting button in the other menu, and select SKY PerfecTV! / SKY PerfecTV! Uncheck all premium channels.

Then, the unchecked channels will not be displayed on the program guide, search results, and reminder screen, and you will not receive reminder notifications.

Q. How can I stop receiving a lot of pre-broadcast notifications?

A.If you have a program or talent registered in your favorites, you will receive a notification before the related program starts broadcasting.

If you think that the notification is unnecessary, please delete it from the list of favorites.

Q. How do you do remote recording and one-segment app linkage?

A. If you tap the button labeled "Watch/Reserve" in the program details, options will open, allowing remote recording reservation and 1Seg linkage.

Q.There is no response when I press the remote recording execution button.

A.Remote recording reservation requires communication with the recorder, so it takes time to respond to the communication.

Also, the loading that is displayed when you press the button may not be displayed, or it may take some time to be displayed.

Regarding the display method in the app, we are constantly improving it, but the drawing method of the terminal may change due to updating the "Android system WebView" app and "Chrome" app.

When you press the button, the loading screen may not appear, or it may take some time to appear.

Please wait a few seconds (about 5 seconds) after pressing the button.

If you wait, you will see a message that your reservation is complete.
